INGREDIENTS
2-3 teabags of crème brulee tea Milk All purpose flour Baking soda Sugar Butter
Step 1
Brew 2 teabags of Crème Brulee tea in warm milk boiled at 90 degrees.
Step 2
In a bowl mix all-purpose flour with 1 teaspoon of baking soda and 1 tablespoon of sugar.
Step 3
Later add the brewed milk and some melted butter to make the batter smooth.
Step 4
In a non-stick pan, take small portions of the batter and let it rest until the top side gets bubbles. Then flip the pancake and let it heat on the other end.
Step 5
Place it on a plate and top it with honey and voila!
