MY ORDER-

1. How do I know that my order is being processed?

You will receive an acknowledgement email from us on receipt of a successful order being placed by you on the website. This email states your order reference number (Order#) and also the product/s that have been ordered by you. We would advise you to save this email for any future reference until you receive the shipment. Once your order is ready for dispatch we shall send you a confirmation email with the dispatch shipping details.

2. What is your card policy? When do you charge my debit / credit card?

Your card is charged only when you receive the payment confirmation at our secure payments portal. This is after you have confirmed the items you wish to purchase and the delivery address.

In a debit/credit card transaction, you must use your own card. We will not be liable for any debit/credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on the user.

3. What should I do if I do not receive my order confirmation?

If you have not received any confirmation email on the checkout of your shopping cart and completion of payment then please contact us via email/ chat or telephone. However, sometimes a confirmation email may have reached your spam or junk folder so please check these folders as well to reconfirm that you have not received an order confirmation.

4. What to do If my details entered are wrong?

Your order confirmation email lists your contact details (email, phone number) and delivery address. If any of these have been entered wrongly then please let us know along with your order reference number as it may impact the delivery status of your product or we may not be able to get in touch with you to inform the dispatch details.

5. What is your return and refund policy?

Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a standard delivery cost incurred by you in returning the item to us. Chayam Teas will not refund opened or used products. All refunds will be initiated through a Bank NEFT/RTGS transfer

6. If required can I cancel my order? How can I cancel my order? Can I modify my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order, please send us an email at info@chayamtea.com or contact us at +91 82408 13532 with your order details and your reference order number.

Yes, to modify your order please give us a call or email us at the earliest.

We cannot cancel your orders or modifications cannot be done after the order is dispatched.

 

SHIPPING-

1. What is your delivery method and what should be the charges?

All orders are sent through reliable courier services (we use FedEx, Bluedart, DTDC, and others) and the Service has a delivery ETA of 5-7 days from the date of dispatch depending upon the location of delivery.

We offer Free Express Shipping on all orders above Rs. 499 across India.

Orders below Rs. 499 attract a flat shipping charge of Rs. 50

Taxes are included in the listed price. Cash on Delivery is Available (COD).

2. How soon should I expect my order parcel to arrive?

The Service has a delivery ETA of 5-7 days from the date of dispatch depending upon location of delivery.

3. What are the shipping fees?

We offer Free Express Shipping on all orders above Rs. 499 across India.

Orders below Rs. 499 provides a flat shipping charge of Rs. 50

4. How can I track my shipment?

5. Do you ship outside India?

No, presently we do not ship outside India. 

6. What are your accepted payment methods?

We accept payments through PAYU, all major credit and debit cards, net banking, and UPI.

 

PRODUCTS-

1. How are your teas packed?

After sourcing our teas we bring them to our warehouse. The teas then go through various checkpoints and quality testings like cleaning, sorting to remove any impurities/dust/foreign particles. Teas then pass through a final quality check for leaf size, aroma, liquor, flavors, etc. They are then vacuum-packaged. Then the teas are hand-blended in a clean environment, packed in the teabags, then the teabags are individually packed inside the sachets, and finally the sachets are individually heat sealed which retains the flavour and aroma intact.

2. How can I try a sample of your product?

Deciding on a perfect tea that suits your likes can take a while. Hence, we have a separate Chayam Assorted Collection, wherein we present our customers with an assorted box of various teas. 3. Do you offer gift wrapping?

4. Is your tea sugar free? 

Yes, all our teas are sugar free. There is no added sugar in it.

5. Is your tea gluten free?

Yes, all our teas are naturally Gluten-free.
