Orders are delivered in 5 to 7 days from dispatch via reliable couriers. Shipping is free on orders above 799; orders below that carry a flat 50 charge. Cash on delivery is available for order with total collectible amount below INR 3,000, and taxes are included in the listed price.
2. What is your return and refund policy?
Products returned due to a defect are refunded in full, including standard return delivery cost. Sufficient proof must be provided within 48 hours of delivery to avail a refund or re(click here to read more on this). Opened or used products cannot be refunded. Refunds are processed via bank transfer.
