How do I use the stainless-steel ball infuser?

Open the ball infuser, add 2 to 3g of loose leaf tea — roughly a heaped teaspoon — close it, and lower it into your cup. Pour 175ml of water heated to 85–90°C over it and steep for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove the infuser, rinse with warm water immediately after use, and air dry. It is dishwasher safe. The ball infuser works well for all four teas in this set.
